established at March 2009 by experienced two partners according to Algerian Law under:
RC. No. 05/00 0223956 B 09. IF. No. 000905022395649. Art Imp. No. 05830992951.

- Head office located in Barika, Batna/Algeria
- Branch office located Birtouta, Algiers/Algeria

- Abu Dhabi branch office/United Arab Emirates

RFE&C VISION & MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY:

Our first goal for us is the successful before looking to the profit, working hard to grow by
RFE&C to be able for competition with the larger companies.
(EVERY TIME THERE IS FIRST TIME), by this category we start, after 6 weeks of the
company establishment date we succeed to get the first contract.

In this moment and because of we looking firstly for succeed, our priority are:
1- To employee high experience staff.
2- To be familiar with the standards and the quality procedures
3- To follow the safety and environment rules
