MANPOWER RESOURCE:

In addition to the permanent 62 employees, and by our staff experience in Algeria and Syria,
RFE&C can call up more than 150 qualified employee (mechanical, welders, fitters, electrical..)
and more than 250 non- skilled.

1- 80% of the management and supervision are Syrian, 20% other nationality according to the
project location.

2- 50% of the technical are Syrian, 50% other nationality according to the project location.

3- 100% of the employee's non-skilled, nationality according to the project location
